Service Description Renzo Airport Parking provides vehicle parking services at Brisbane Airport, including both undercover and open-air parking options, along with complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Booking and Cancellation

Booking: You must book your parking spot in advance through our website or in-store. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled parking date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

User Obligations Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration form.

Compliance with Laws: You must use the services for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

 

Shuttle Bus Service Service Description: The shuttle bus is a complimentary service that operates on-demand to and from Brisbane Airport.

Timing: The shuttle may take up to 30 minutes for each pickup and/or drop-off, or perhaps more time, depending on traffic and other factors.

No Compensation for Alternate Travel: Renzo Airport Parking will not compensate for any alternate travel arrangements you may organize on your own due to the shuttle service timing. Please plan accordingly.

 

Limitations of Liability Personal Belongings: Renzo Airport Parking does not assume responsibility or liability for any personal belongings left within the vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

 

Vehicle Condition: Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. We shall return the vehicle to you in the same condition it was delivered to us. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle unless such damage is proven to be caused by our negligence
 or the actions of our staff.

 

Natural Disasters: Renzo Airport Parking will not be held liable for any damage to vehicles that results from natural disasters. A natural disaster refers to major adverse events resulting from natural processes of the Earth, such as earthquakes, floods,
 hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, and other geologic processes.

Out of Hours Collection: We are not liable and will not compensate for any loss of use if you attempt to collect your vehicle outside of our office operational hours. It is your responsibility to ensure collection within the stipulated times.

 

Intellectual Property Rights The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Renzo Airport Parking unless otherwise stated.

Modification of Terms We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance
 of those changes.

Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state and country in which Renzo Airport Parking is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes related to these terms will be handled in the state and federal courts located in the country where Renzo Airport Parking operates and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
