To qualify for a refund, customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice from the time they wish to terminate the parking. This allows us to manage our parking space efficiently.

Refund Amount:
The maximum refund available for early termination of a booking is 30% of the total booking fee. This reflects the administrative and operational costs incurred by Renzo Airport Parking prior to the early termination.

Processing Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days following the approval of the refund request.
